Welcome America

2024 | Event Management

July 4th Festival VIP

Objective
Provide comprehensive operational support for the festival's VIP section to ensure a seamless experience for special guests.
Overview
SERF was brought on to deliver a signature VIP area for top-tier sponsors, executive leadership, and key clients during the 2024 Wawa Welcome America Festival.
Impact
Delivered an exceptionally positive outcome for all festival attendees, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Rows of white folding chairs behind crowd barriers facing the main stage, a band soundchecking under a clear July sky.
  • A white tent framed by two green hedge walls, a pink neon sign on one and a screen glowing inside.
  • A long wooden buffet under a string-lit tent, laid with pastries, snacks, and bunches of summer flowers.
  • Confetti pouring over the crowd at the night show, phones raised toward the stage in purple light.
