Mobilize volunteer involvement to support festival operations and initiatives across all three days.
Overview
SERF was engaged to support volunteer efforts for the 2026 Germantown Jazz Festival.
Impact
Successfully supported recruitment efforts and volunteer staffing, resulting in a full surplus of volunteer coverage throughout the entire three-day event.
  • The quintet playing to a full hall mid-set: trumpet, piano, upright bass, drums, and saxophone.
  • A wide view of the stage, the Germantown Jazz Festival banner hung along the front.
  • Two audience members seated close together in a packed hall.
