Eraserhood Festival

Objective
Design and produce a flagship community festival celebrating Philadelphia's Callowhill neighborhood and honoring iconic filmmaker David Lynch.
Overview
Originally conceived by Velvet Whip, SERF was brought on to produce the festival in year one, and to expand the Eraserhood Festival into an annual destination event.
Impact
Delivered a vibrant cultural and commercial showcase in Year 1, then expanded the footprint to two stages and over 12 brand partners, generating $20,000+ in local economic impact and establishing a sustainable annual tradition for the community.
